This full-scale assessment considers all options, including an exploration of the latest technologies. Every measure analyzed and recommended by the CFA is developed to a conceptual level of design and budgeted for true energy performance and implementation cost.

Energy Information Analysis
- Analyzing all available energy data, including utility bills, plant logs, sub-metered data, BMS log info, previous studies and reports
- Developing an Energy Usage Index
- Determining field assessment focus points
Field Engineering and Auditing
- Physical building walkthrough with detailed assessment of the condition and operating characteristics of all energy consuming equipment
- Interviews with maintenance and operations personnel regarding equipment performance and reliability
